Classes are small to provide the attention each student needs to perfect the art of belly dance. Beginners learn basic cabaret with Egyptian, Turkish and Western influences. In Intermediate we explore fusion styles along with advanced sword and veil techniques. You will have fun while you build stamina, strengthen muscles, improve body control and reduce stress. This ancient art form is a fun and feminine approach to exercise and self-expression. Whether you've danced before or it is new, classes are available for you.
